For UK customers:

  • Orders placed before 12PM are dispatched on the same working day
  • Orders placed after 12PM are dispatched on the next working day

We use a large network of couriers to deliver your goods from Amina Fashion as we realise how important it is you receive them as you expected.  Depending on the size and the weight of the parcel we allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time.

We offer standard delivery, next day guaranteed and local pickup.

Please note, we can not be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to issues such as incorrect address, courier transport issues, weather or any other external circumstances that may affect the delivery time of your parcel.

We are not responsible for any missing or lost parcels. If a parcel is undelivered, you can contact the courier service using the tracking details provided and make a claim directly from the courier service and claim your money back.

Import duty and VAT charges may apply for deliveries outside the UK. Custom policies differ from country to country. Amina Fashion does not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK.

We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country, including PayPal.

What is ClearpayClearpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

Clearpay is available to all over 18’s with a billing and delivery address registered in the UK.

You’re unable to buy Gift vouchers using Clearpay and your order will need to be placed in GBP. However, if you have a gift voucher and you’re spending more than its value, you can pay the remaining balance of your order using Clearpay.

Please note, if you pay for your order this way, there won’t be a breakdown of payment methods used on your order confirmation email.

How do I pay using Clearpay? 

To pay using Clearpay, your order must be between £25-800.

When you get to checkout, click ‘change’ under payment type and then ‘Add New Payment Method’. You’ll be redirected to the Clearpay portal where you’ll be asked to register with an email address and password. These same details can be used for any future purchases made using Clearpay.

You’ll need to provide your mobile number as Clearpay may need to contact you. You’ll also need to provide your email address so that Clearpay can send your payment schedule.

Clearpay use this information to keep you up to date on any payments or refunds that are due, so it’s important the details you provide us with are correct. 

Please note, if you’ve paid using Clearpay, you won’t be able to cancel your order once you’ve placed it.

When will I receive my payment schedule? 

You’ll be asked to pay the first of 4 instalments once you’re logged into the Clearpay Portal at checkout.

Instalments 2, 3 and 4 will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you selected at checkout every 2 weeks.

You’ll receive a reminder from Clearpay 2 days before each instalment is collected. If you miss one of your scheduled payments, simply log in to your App or online and click PAY NOW next to your “overdue payment”. You’ll have until 11pm the next day to make a missed payment before being charged any late fees.

You can pay off the balance of your order early with the ‘PAY NOW’ feature in the Clearpay app.

At the checkout page, you can use your coupon.

Unfortunately, Amina Fashion does not accept refunds or exchanges unless you receive a fault item.

We encourage you to read the product description and check sizes prior to confirming your order. If you require further information about any item, Amina Fashion is happy to assist.

You can contact us by sending us an email.

For faulty items, we provide a 24 hour window from when you receive the item to contact us. When doing so, please provide your full name, address and details of the order. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

Any items you return must be sent in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for the return, so it is advised to use a tracking system to ensure the item reaches our office safely.

If for any reason an item is returned to us, postage & packaging charge will be deducted from the refund.

You should receive an invoice for your order via email. If you do not see it, please check your junk/spam folder.
